We at Aexis Medical are looking for highly competent and motivated Application Support Engineers to join our ranks!
Experience and Qualifications
- At least one year’s experience in the software industry as a QA Engineer or IT support engineer.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science / IT / Software Engineering or any similar discipline.
Responsibilities and Required Skills
- Excellent understanding and practical exposure to the software development life cycle.
- Database knowledge in MS SQ. server and oracle.
- Ability to work under pressure
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude and able to deal with challenging solutions.
- Good written and verbal communication in English skills.
- Documenting, troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
- Working experience in Jira will be an added advantage
- Report and follow up on issue tickets.
- Taking ownership of Aexis Medical software technical issues and working with our development team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary.
