Aexis Medical Appointed Supplier to National Procurement Framework for Track and Traceability

CoC Framework - LinkedIn

The appointment marks a landmark moment for UK operations — and a new route for NHS and public sector organisations to access XLine’s track and traceability capabilities.

Aexis Medical, a leading provider of surgical instrument, theatre and endoscopy management software, has been appointed as a supplier to Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust – Commercial Procurement Services’ National Framework Agreement for the Provision of Track and Traceability Systems agreement. The appointment marks a significant milestone for Aexis Medical, representing the compay’s first placement on a commercial framework in the UK.

This is more than a procurement listing — it’s a marker of how far our UK operations have come in less than a year, and a foundation for what’s ahead. Being part of a national NHS framework demonstrates the maturity of the XLine platform, validates our commitment to the UK public sector, and opens a clear, compliant pathway for healthcare organisations across the country to work with us.

– Kieran Waterston, UK Commercial Director

Aexis Medical has been appointed to two Lots within the framework:

Lot 1 – Provision of a complete tracking and traceability system, including consumables, service, maintenance and support

For organisations looking to implement a full, end-to-end track and traceability solution.

Lot 2 – Provision of ongoing hardware, consumables, service, maintenance and support

For organisations that already have an existing tracking and traceability system in place and need to procure ongoing goods and services to support its continued operation.

This national framework agreement offers NHS and public sector organisations across the UK a straightforward, fully compliant route to access track and traceability solutions — with no access fee and ceiling prices inclusive of all standard services.

Track and traceability is a core functionality of Aexis Medical’s XLine platform, designed to give healthcare organisations end-to-end visibility across their perioperative workflows — helping teams maintain compliance, reduce risk, and drive efficiency at every stage.

Whether you’re looking to implement a complete new system or need ongoing support for an existing one, XLine is built to meet you where you are. If you’re a healthcare organisation looking to explore how Aexis Medical can support your decontamination services under either Lot, we’d love to hear from you.
